I am not as familiar with the Florida market but can do some research. However, we are seeing in some parts of Florida, rentals sit on the market for quite a while. We believe this has to do with alot of the condo conversions turning into rentals.

Yes, I think you are right….Also, We have a ton of homeowners trying to rent there property because they cannot sell right now.
