1st Interview with Marc Cunningham of Grace Management & Investment.
PmDave: What services do you offer and what locations do you serve?
Marc Cunningham: We have been around for over 30 years, and we primarly do the north Denver area, Thorton, Westminster, New Commerce City. Just the whole north Denver area. We have limited ourselves to that geographic area because we have found that the market has segmented itself that it is important to know your specific area. That is the specific area we do and that is all we are going to stay in.
PmDave: What do you specialize in?
Marc Cunningham:We specialize in single family residential about 8% of our product is single family residential homes, the other 20% would be commerical properties and we do a little multi-family as well.
