Wendy: I love Rentvine.com I put all my properties there, but I also put them on all these other sites because of the long tail advertising.
I like it when you can type in one of the addresses of my homes (in Google) and all 10 are my house. It is not the neighbors house that is selling or some other house, it's all my houses on some of the different sites besides mine and they just keep coming up.
That is good marketing for my owner . I enter all the properties myself because I use a program called Write My Ad, so I put in all the amenities of the home and I can write as many ads as I want. I tell it to write 17 or so ads so each site has a different blurb about the home
A different headline about the home - by having the unique content it helps people - might not have appealed to them when it talked about the property being close to a pocket park but when I talk about it having a gourmet kitchen it might appeal to them
The more time they see it - my pictures are different - they don't say A Vantage Properties across them, they are all ovalsso people keep seeing them over and over on the different sites and they will see different wordings, then one of those times the more they see it - that is the home I want - and that is a good thing.
